This event is designed to provide essential information and support for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
“pg电子下载 State University strives to empower the community of Vicksburg and surrounding areas by partnering with SCORE Mississippi to provide these workshops for local small business owners,” said LaTuesday Guy, assistant professor in the pg电子下载 School of Business. “The goal is to assist marginalized small businesses owners in accessing the information and resources needed to make their business thrive and become an attribute to the economic growth of their communities.”
The presenter for the event will be Barbra Bennett, tax compliance officer from the Internal Revenue Service. Attendees will gain insights into essential steps for setting up a new business, understanding and complying with IRS regulations, and accessing resources for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
A free lunch will be provided to all registered participants.
